Job Overview
Venian are looking for a building site manager who has proven knowledge and experience in facades, cladding and rendering/Re-rendering. The Site Manager will deliver the project safely, on time and within budget.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in cladding, facades and rendering/ re – rendering, sectors.
- Experience of managing or supervising direct labour squads and subcontract teams.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Good interpersonal skills, be a team player and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Enthusiasm and results focused with an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Must have full clean driving license.
- CSCS/LISS card holder (Supervisor / Manager level).
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
